Message from Pastor Dave given on Dec 23rd, 2007: The Christmas Story is an amazing story. It is the story of the God of Creation reaching down to this earth. It is the story of a loving and compassionate Shepherd who sees that the world is full of sheep who are lost and who need a Savior. It is the story of God Himself taking on flesh, living among us, sacrificing Himself as payment for our sinful ways, and then rising again to lead us to heaven. It is a beautiful story of forgiveness, redemption, and hope. But is it true? And what does it really matter anyway? |
