Our participation in missions finds its roots in the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ. Prayer for our missionaries is a great privilege. It reveals God's power in their lives and gives them protection and success in God's work here on earth. We have to make ourselves available to the work of prayer, mandated by God thru the Holy Spirit. It gives us purpose and meaning and we are grateful to be part of God's work here until Christ returns. Not all of us can go but all of us can support our missionaries financially and in prayer to bring the wonderful message of light and life to as many nations as possible and to help them who are in the frontlines of the battle for the salvation of the souls of people all over the world. The Christian & Missionary Alliance has more than 800 missionaries serving in 75 countries. More than 350,000 believers worship in 19 languages in 2,000 US C&MA churches. Across the world, 3 million people gather in 16,000 Alliance churches and church groups. All missionaries are fully supported by the C&MA's Great Commission Fund.
